ProStudio ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered video and image creation platform operated by CreateStudio. Our contact email is privacy@createstudio.app.

• Account data: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Usage data: AI generation requests, media created, endpoints used, and general usage patterns.
• Showcase content: media you choose to share publicly.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral URLs collected automatically via analytics.
• Cookie data: session tokens and analytics cookies (see Section 6).

• Provide, maintain and improve the ProStudio service.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process AI generation requests on your behalf.
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the product.
• Send important service notifications (no marketing without explicit consent).

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract: processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: analytics and fraud prevention.
• Consent: optional analytics cookies (you can withdraw consent at any time).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@createstudio.app. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymised form.

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for authentication and keeping you logged in. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: used by Vercel Analytics to understand usage patterns. These are only set if you accept optional cookies.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing local storage or using the banner on first visit.

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region available).
• fal.ai — AI inference provider; prompts and generated media are processed by fal.ai subject to their privacy policy.
• UploadThing — file storage.
• Vercel Analytics — anonymous usage analytics.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate personal data.
• Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

Our infrastructure may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of ProStudio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
