By accessing or using ProStudio you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ProStudio is an AI-powered video and image creation platform. We provide tools to generate, edit, and share media using third-party AI models.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ProStudio.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or API keys with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not use ProStudio to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or content depicting minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Use the API to resell or white-label the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By sharing content publicly on the Showcase you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform.

AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is". We make no warranties regarding copyright ownership of AI-generated content; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

API keys grant programmatic access to the ProStudio API. You must keep your keys secure. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are misused or that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
